osx command line help

Thread Starter
anyone know of websites with comprehensive osx comand line tips or tutorial page?
been using it for few days on this beige g3 300. been testing out with 10.1.1 sure beats 10 espeically with the shadow killer. i can only imagine what the speed would be like if apple would just let us have the ability to modify some of osx's appearences, like MS lets with XP.

There's tons of sites with how tos and what not for the basic shell commands. Just search google for one. Also use the "man" pages,

>man ls
>man cd
>man cp
>man mv
>man rm

Web Monkey (http://www.webmonkey.com)
has an interesting primer: Enough Unix for Your Resume That I find helpful. In addition, if you really get cooking, this Unix Command Dictionary is really useful
