All right, geniuses. Stop going gah gah over the latest tech for a moment and tell me what you think I should do.
I made two tuna fish sandwiches last night (at about 10 p.m.) for lunch today. I used refrigerated Miracle Whip Light and tuna in a pouch. Overnight I left the sandwiches in zipper bags inside my insulated cooler lunch bag and then brought it to work this morning. I put the cooler bag in the refrigerator this morning (at about 8 a.m.).
Should I be concerned that the sandwiches were NOT refrigerated for about 10 hours overnight or am I good to eat them for lunch? I'd hate to get food poisoning from bad Miracle Whip.
