iTunes account with purchase limit?

A friend wants her son to have iTunes store access with some kind of monthly limit on, say $10 a month or so. Is there a way to do that? They'd like him to also be able to use some iTunes Gift Cards on it as well.

Anyone know how to do that?

How bout they spend an hour a month with the kid in front of the computer and help him pick out some songs. Great family bonding

Ok, if that's not an option just buy him Gift Cards every month worth whatever amount.
