Changing Leopard's DOC to look exactly like Tigers Doc

Hi, can't seem to find anything out there that will help me change the Leopard Doc to look just like Tiger's old doc? Can anyone make any suggestions?

Firstly you'll need the "right" app: Dock Library is by far the best one available.

That look likes a nice app. Almost makes me want to run my Dock on the bottom.
