Do you think we are likely to see a new stand alone iSight camera? Perhaps an HD version?

Nope! I don´t think so!

Instead we will see future camera functions being build rigth in to the screen it self. It wil reside behind the screen and thus be invisible and not cluttering up the design/experience in front of you. Apple has investigated this possibillity and have patented it as well.
