I have a problem where some of my iTunes store purchases play and some don't. All my songs seem to play, but videos (movies and music videos) sometimes do and sometimes don't, saying they're not authorized on this computer. However, they all have the same Apple ID (and I tried deauthorizing and reauthorizing my computer) so the computer itself *is* authorized. If I get info it seems like the ones that don't play are all tagged with "FairPlay Version: 2" while those that do don't display the version number. Any ideas? I'm using the latest version of iTunes (8.0.1) and the files that don't play certainly used to, though I'm not sure at what point they stopped.
