iLife '09 instillation wipe?

when i install Life '09, will it wipe what is already in my iMovie, iPhoto, ect.? or am i just being paranoid?

Your data will be preserved. But it also updates your iPhoto library and iWeb sites to a newer format, thus making them unreadable to earlier versions. (i think) This shouldn't be a problem unless for some reason you want to revert to the earlier version.
