GPS for MacBook
I searched Garmin & Magellan's sites and both say their software is for PC only. Is this indeed the case? Anyone have experiences they can tell? I have an older Magellan that I use with my PC but am interested in getting a new one and want it to work with my MacBook. Comments are appreciated.

So your GPS gadget should work with your MacBook, under whatever operating system.
Your MacBook can run your GPS app(s) for Windows under Windows ? any flavor ? natively, in BootCamp, or in a virtual machine: in Parallels, VMware Fusion, or VirtualBox. Or maybe even without running Windows at all (eliminates Windows' viral vulnerabilities): in CrossOver, clucas. Worth trying.

I understand I could do that but I was hoping for a "native" Apple mapping program.
I don't know about Magellan but Garmin does have software for the Mac. http://www8.garmin.com/macosx/index.jsp
Awesome! Thanks!
