2006 Mac Mini "DVD encountered system error 70028"

Dear friends,



I need some help with my Mac Mini. I am trying to watch some DVD movies, however the DVD player provides an error message "DVD encountered system error 70028". Does anyone know what this means? I have tried different DVD's and yet the problem persists. I have also tried watching a movie via Front Row and it indicates that "there is a problem with the disc".



Your feedback and advice is greatly appreciated.

    Just to update - I did schedule an appointment with my local Genius bar. I cancelled at the last hour, because I found the DVD player to be working just fine now. I'm still not sure what the cause of the problem was, but I'm glad that it's doing just fine now.
