So, what do you do when you cant find gainful employment a few months after graduating college? You ask for a refund in tuition!

Why didnt I think of this...

I would sue the government, my parents, society in general as well. You really need to kill off the excessive lawyers in the US.

Of course the complaint is that the placement office hasn't done enough. Which may or may not be true.

In the broader scheme of things why would someone trying to woo employers bring attention to themselves over a botched job search that leads the job seeker to sue their own school. Not hirin' material.\

Often that seems true to the parents, but then they don't know what opportunities were presented to the student that were not taken advantage of by same...

this is hilarious and a fun gutsy move ... however, I don't see any positive problem solving skills ... blaming a problem on someone else is just ridiculously lame . .. and funny

I'm curious to know how she's going to give the education back if they were to refund her tuition.

She could argue that she never received one.

Putting aside the question of young people in our society feeling entitled to jobs, house, cars and general happiness:

I don't think the lawsuit would have any merit. Most likely, the school is not contractually obligated to even HELP her find a job (much less actually get one). It's a service they happen to provide. So, the question of whether or not the career center "did enough" is really irrelevant as far as I can tell.

I'd think that would invalidate her lawsuit

She is angry so I would slap her butt and put her to work as a porn star.
