iPhone glitches

Hey, I have an iPhone 3g, updated to 3.0 as soon as it came out but recently ive been having a few strange problems, firstly all my sms's dissapeared.



I decided to update to 3.01 thinking that any software errors would be ironed out but after the update I started getting odd graphics glitches such as part of icons being ontop of other icons.



I have tried rebooting the phone multipule times and this hasnt changed anything. Ive attached a screenshot, anyone else had any similar problems?

    Try downgrading to 2.2.1 before upgrading to 3.0. 100% software problem.
