I have a Mid 2007 MacBook that will only turn on maybe one out of every ten tries.. I will hit the power button and the light will come on but I will not hear anything and nothing will show up on the screen, I have to turn it off and try again. About one out of every ten times it will boot into Leopard, and once it boots into Leopard its works fine until it is shut off again.. So basically once its on it works great its just getting it started thats the problem. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Sometimes it will boot up fine 10-15 times in a row, other times it might take 20-40 times to finally get it on

Specs are C2D 2.0 GHZ, 1 GB Ram, 80 GB HD, and Leopard 10.5.7.. I am hoping whatever it is that its a easy fix or a cheap repair since it is out of warranty.

EDIT: It occasionally does randomly turn off once its on but that doesn't happen very often.. Had it on the other day for 2+ hours without a problem
