Where can i buy an Officially unlocked iPhone 3GS ?

Hello everyone. I have two questions.



1. Where can I buy an officially unlocked iPhone 3GS? I know Hong Kong, New Zealand, Austrailia and Italy sell these. but I am not sure about the rest.



Is it possible to get one online? and delivered to my country? (in my case, Kuwait)





2. Is it worth paying around $900 just to upgrade my phone from iPhone 2G to iPhone 3GS?
