QuickTime Server!
Hello All,
I was hoping somebody could help me with a matter.
I have a two hour production I want to stream online from a subscription website.
The best quality video I can see online is the QuickTime streams from the Apple website. Now I am a total rookie for all this stuff so please bear with me.
Am I right in thinking the Quick Time Server is only a tool which will connect me to an online server. But i still have to pay additional charges to use a server?
If so, does anybody know what these charges are?
A firm has quoted me £800 to transcode my Digibeta video into QT. Do I then just give that file to my web person, who assumingly would know how to hook it up from there?
