Quicktime question in SL

When I minimize a QT video in SL, the last frame is displayed in the Dock (and never changes) and the sound continues to play - exactly the opposite of what I would expect. I thought this function was supposed to revert to the way it worked pre Leopard. Is anyone else experiencing this?
