Select All - Delete (Doesn't Exist)

Can't understand this; I often want to delete all my email, but can't on the iPhone (and used to be able to easily do so on my blackberry). Also, is there a way to search 'all' inbox emails, for example, that come from twitter - so they, alone, come up. Of course, I'd then like to 'select all' and move them to my twitter 'label' (imap - gmail account).

I love my iPhone GS, but see some shortcomings.

Gotta agree with you. The lack of Bluetooth for sending files to another phone ( like photos ) is still not available and that is the only thing that I wish Apple would fulfill by next year. Nothing else.

You can send photos via Bluetooth using Photo Share in the iTunes App Store. I have used it a couple times without issues.
