IPhone 3.1 make keyboard click softer?

Am I losing my hearing or did new upgrade do this? Anybody else notice this? I don't mind actually is kinda nice since I like using the click sound. Had to check my iPod music and speaker level normal.

    Now that you mention it the clicking does make a softer noise after typing. I guess it's cool, as long as the clicking noise is kept. Some don't like it I do.

    Yes. I believe it's softer for keyboard clicks only.
