Just wondering if there's any other mac up-to-date program customers here.

Can you leave a post here and let me know how it went for you?

Like whether you have received your copy yet or not; just general feedback on your experience with this service.



As I'm one of them and still not received my copy of snow leopard.

And having a hard time chasing up Apple New Zealand (a.k.a. Apple Australia) for it.

I would like to know if one could perform a clean install of Snow Leopard from the Update DVD or does one have to first install Leopard and then Snow Leopard??

I'll let you know if I do manage to get my DVD, as that's what I'm planning on doing.



But from the looks of how things are going between Apple Online Store New Zealand and me.

I'm most likely going to be paying the full price and buying the retail version from a local store.

I received my up-to-date dvd the Monday after SL was released.

I installed it right away on my MacBook Pro (13") which I purchased right after they came out.

I really had only installed Firefox and Adobe CS3 on it - nothing else.

The upgrade went just fine.



Sorry, but I do not know if it will do a clean, full install.
