Advice: Vendor for Mac Pro 2009 memory upgrades

I'm considering upgrading to 4GB DDR3 ECC 1066MHz modules. I understand that these are available with and without temperature sensors. As per the Apple recommendation, I am only interested having modules with sensors.

What vendors do people recommend for memory these days?

Historically, I've used Crucial but their 4GBx3 cost is rather high ($1139.99). Another candidate is One World Computing at a much lower level ($479.99). Anyone else that I'm missing or ideas as to why the pricing gap is so large?

Always used OWC and as far as I know their the cheapest at $479.99, also they replace the faulty memory free. They have all their memory made for them or they make it, I forgot which it is.
