Voice Recognition Program

Does anybody know of an audio software program that will teach it's users to speak in a manner that voice recognition programs will understand them mo' bettah? What's the difference between adapting one's voice to that seeming nefarious end, and imitating the soothing tones of TV anchormen or the chopped up rap of IcedT because it sounds cool? Is it even possible or desirable to speak a binary-based lingo that abets interaction with contemporary linguistic algorithms?
