iPhone 3GS constantly warns of "Switch to Airplane Mode?" after MMS update...

Ok, so I did the MMS update last night and ever since this morning, my phone constantly warns me of "Unsupported device, switch to Airplane mode?" even when nothing is plugged in. When I am switching between apps, it comes up in the blue box. My phone will not make any audible noises such as rings or text notifications now, it's like its in silent mode, but it's not. All of the settings are the same, and both volume settings are turned all the way up. I have turned the phone off/on and did a soft reset. Anyone else having this issue after the update?

    Weird. My brothers 3G has been doing that since 3.1. We have restored twice and has not gone away. I have a 3GS and have not had issues except for wifi which was fixed by switching my router from channel 6 to channel 11.
