I wonder if something interesting will happen...or am I just too tired to know better?

    I guess we'll see later on today if anything happened.



    Although these threads are kind of pointless to begin with, it's sometimes good for people to point out everything that's been updated.

    Yeah weird. Just the US store. Probably new Apple policy, to let the other countries continue to transact. The store being taken down is a PR thing anyway.

    Usually nothing changes with routine maintenance. They usually do it it a little later though, like around midnight.

    But why take down the whole site just for maintenance? That's pretty lousy e-commerce software they have there... For PR and hype, of course, great, but for general stuff, once every few weeks for several hours is significant downtime.
