How can I bypass the protection from my mdf file?

I don't know how to mount and bypass the protection from my English preparation CD (mdf file). I made this image file using Alcohol 120% on my old PC for long time and my original CD has already lost .
Now I have moved to Mac. When I tried to mount it with any possible methods such as Renaming it type to .DMG and using Toast to mount it. It can mount normally. But when I tried to install it, the pop-up is appeared and told me to insert an original CD. I thinks that Toast is not able to bypass the protection, which is supported in both Alcohol 120% and DaemonTools.
Is there another way to solve this problem or I have to buy a new one T_T.
NOTE. The file size of mdf is bigger than iso type. The mdf is about 600 Mb while iso is only 480 Mb. Is this related to this point?
