Mac Mini Server as HTPC?

I am thinking of Getting a Mac Mini Server and Airport Express.



With a Mini DisplayPort to HDMI adopter. How can i make so that each time i switch to that HDMI connection on my TV. I will get a Media Center Like Screen?



Something Like Apple TV Style.

    Simple... On the MacMini, in "Start-up Items" enable Front Row to start whenever you log-in to the start-up account.



    That said, hopefully Front Row runs better on the 9400M than on GMA950. On my GMA950 Mini, Front Row doesn't work so well since the SL upgrade... HD video stutters.
