What's the best 21.5" iMac for me?

I'm looking at the 21.5" iMac models right now and trying to decide whether the dedicated ATI HD4670 model is worth the extra cash.
I have a student discount at Apple so the low end NVIDIA iMac is reduced to £834, while the ATI equipped model is £1055.
I want to use the iMac for making video reviews with Final Cut and i'm quite a prolific Photoshop user too.
Would I see noticeable benefits from upgrading to a dedicated graphics card that justify the additional cost? eg. much faster video rendering or awesome new hardware-accelerated options in design software, etc.
In the end both models have the same 3.06GHz Core 2 Duo processor, screen size and 4GB of RAM so (other than the hard drive) the graphics card seems the only point of difference.
So i ask you: which is the better option for me?
