Macbook problem

Hi I purchased a Macbook in early 2009 with 2.0 ghz C2Duo and Leopard with 120 gb HD and 2 GB of ram. Now the machine doesn't work, the screen won't power on and the chime doesn't sound either, I've taken it to 3 separate places said damaged chipset (apple store, school technician and third party) but california apple repair said the parts were fine. I'm wondering if anyone has any idea what is going on or what possibly could be wrong with it given the mixed bag of tech's who have seen it.
