Itunes just asked me to upgrade my classic to this but has provided precisely 0 information about what it changes and I can't find any on their site either.



Anyone know what's changed?

    Aha, having unplugged the pod for safety and selecting download only it does say.



    If anyone else is wondering,



    • Fixed HE-AAC content playback

    • Fixed iTunes U content organization

    • Fixed truncated text in Genius Mixes



    No fix for the broken coverview on the classics but at least it's useful.
