Sync probs

Looks like I have yet anotherstupid sync prob with my iPhone. It seems to sync fine until I try to add a tv show to it, at which point it decides my phone is synced with another iTunes library and it offers to wipe my phone. Anyone had this before?

    So just wipe it and resync??

    Doesn't seem like an overly scientific way. It's the new version of "Reinstall windows"
