Great ending. I wanted the Rams to win, but no big deal. My Global teacher is a huge Patriots fan. He's gunna be crazy tomorrow.

The Rams would have gotten the ball in overtime. And since first scorer wins I think the Pats would have had a 75% chance at losing. Cause if I was the Rams I would just drive the ball close enough for a FG and they WERE getting great returns off the Pats. It wouldn't have been hard.
I was rooting for the Pats. They aren't my team but my team didn't make it so of the 2 "bandwagons" I chose the smaller one. I told a friend at the beginning of the game that turnovers would be key. If the Pats could be +2 or 3, they'd have a chance. If it was -2 or 3, it would be a blowout. But even though I could see a scenario where the Patriots could win, I still thought they'd come up short. What a great game.
Madden wasn't the only one who expected the Pats to run out the clock and play overtime. Bradshaw said the same thing. It was risky to pass from their own 20, but Brady pulled it off. That guy's got his coach's confidence.
Da Bears aren't the only ones interested in Bledsoe. Washington and Denver are in the mix too. Brady stays, Bledsoe moves on. Why would he stay to be a back up, when he can start somewhere else? Gus Frerotte is in the same spot in Denver. If they don't go after Bledsoe though, he might have a shot of supplanting Griese next year.

You have to think that Miami would be interested too and Baltimore is wishing they hadn't already sunk an investment in Grbac. Or how about San Diego? And what's the situation in Seattle? (I don't follow the SeaHawks at all.) Bledsoe working with Holmgren could be a very interesting fit - Shanahan too as far as that goes.

I thought the Rams were going to win, but it was a lot of fun to watch.

No, you don't know this guy.
Bledsoe. Uh...He must be pissing himself, fuming.
Bledsoe will probably go to the Bears or something.
Bledsoe will probably be traded or stay as the best backup in the NFL.

Way to go out on a limb. Yeah, I'm sure he'll either stay or be traded too.
What is another option, retiring?
BTW, what the hell is up with John Madden? Does the old guy need to retire or what?
"They'll just run out the clock here and play for overtime."
Uh, suuuuuure John. Here, have another pill.
it must be a conspiracy I tell ya!!!!!
Its probably Mossad!!!! or the Trilateral Commision!!!

I'm happy for the Pats and Brady though. That last drive will be remembered for a while.
Hooray! We won something!
