Bill Creel, assistant special agent-in-charge in the agency's Atlanta field office, confirmed Tuesday the Secret Service is investigating counterfeit money found Dec. 5 at the gymnast's Duluth home.



Korbut, 46, a four-time Olympic gold medal winner, was arrested last week on a misdemeanor charge of shoplifting $19 worth of groceries in Norcross. She denied shoplifting the items.
