Iphone wont sync TV shows

Ok, I have a 16 Gig Iphone 3G, Recently I have upgraded my Mac with a new hard drive. I restored my system with time machine. I have 25 episodes of family guy in my itunes, all purchased from itunes, when i go to sync them only 22 sync to my phone. I have plenty of free space on my phone, and the episodes show up checked to be synced. Does anyone know why they are not syncing?
