iPad\iPhone Antitrust...
Are there any lawyers present?
Let's assume the iPad sells like crazy and the iPhone continues its market growth so that in two years Apple isn't just leading the mobile computing market, they are dominating it.
Now let's assume that Apple keep control of the app store and continue to block applications that compete with their own products.
My question is, at what point do they become too successful and start attracting anti-competition lawsuits? Maybe not so much in the US but in the EU?
