Phil Schiller needs to get on a diet

I'm currently watching the QuickTime Live webcast and I'm thinking; shouldn't Phil loose some weight? He's bigger now than he was last time I saw him on the web. I'm getting a bit concerned - have the Apple Café increased the amount of fat in their pastries? Or, is Phil working a lot overtime and eat a lot of late-night unhealthy snacks? What is Steve-o saying about all this?

He and Steve Ballmer are living a little TOO large LOL. Man you know they are eating well.

I just had to LOL when I saw the subject to this thread!

He does seem a bit...um, fuller around the chops than he was in the 1998 iMac video (linked to somewhere on these boards). Maybe the cafe' needs to develop the iDiet for their execs. The latest in low-fat technology, with a cool design!

EmAn, we just want our Apple execs to keep crankin' out the good stuff. If they're in a hospital because of a heart attack, that might hinder that. Think of it: The G5 release gets pushed back 6 months because old Phil needed angioplasty first!

Maybe Apple engineers could build a 'Phil Slimmer' Codec into QuickTime 6. Then when Phil is showing he'd look a lot slimmer and he can eat as any pies as he wants.

    J

Who cares? People that don't want him to die of a heart attack or some other health complication that results from being much overweight.

I would pay scalpers prices, however, to see Ballmer collapse in a sweaty, heaving mass as he is felled in his next dance-and-screech-a-thon. I can just see it "Developers, Developers, Developers, Deve..e.."<ggrrrggglllee...clutch chest....Thud>

But I am going to hell....

No, only those whose demise might potentially delay important and cool new Mac-related items!

Well you needn't care about Phil then since he's a marketing drone.

I said people care, not me in particular. It would be a shame if he did have health problems.

    Then Phil isn´t fat.

    Cool persons of Apple:

    1: Woz

2: Jonathan Ive (Wow. He changed more than the iMac from 88´to 02)

3: Tevanian! thanks Eugene. Saw him in a MacOS X presentation on ADC TV. Cool and down to earth. And read parts of his testimony in the case against MS.

    4: Phil Schiller

    5: Steve Jobs

    In that order

    Uncool person of Apple:

    Raskin

Rubinstein is the hardware guy. Avie Tevanian is the "OS X" guy...he's actually less X and more Mach...

Rubinstein is cool, I dig his comfortable-geek style.

Ives looked like he was in an 80s new wave band in '98.
