Omni Group: iPad or bust

Omni plans to bring all 5 of their productivity apps to the iPad.



Specifically, that's OmniGraffle, OmniOutliner, OmniPlan, OmniFocus, and OmniGraphSketcher. This is awesome. All these apps translate well to the iPad's interface and I'm especially looking forward to OmniGraffle.

    That IS awesome. I think quite a few of the big names will flock to the iPad. The iPad is the perfect size for lots of "regular-esque" apps, and companies are going to take it seriously.



    Omnigraffle would be great to have.

    No doubt about it, this really is a good sign for iPad. I got an email from MacPractice on Friday and they are going to develop apps for the Pad.



    I think the third party apps will make or break the pad. The hardware is mostly run of the mill. HP or other windows OEM could come up with a similar device with even better 'specs'. iPhone os and the apps are the 'secret sauce'.

    Awesome. One of the first things that crossed my mind was how bad I wanted to see omnioutliner and omnigraffle on the iPad.
