What Windows PC had edge-to-edge glass before the MacBook Pro? What Windows PC had full-size Chiclet keys before the original MacBook (I think Sony had Chiclet keys, but only on it's reduced-size keyboard, as far as I can recall)? What Windows PC had a 4" glass trackpad?
Or did you think it "looked like a PC" because the bezel was black? And no other reason?

The HP Slate was announced before the iPad. You can't really tell who came up with the style first.
