Display Activex Plugin on safari

Hi EveryOne,

I am new to mac and i know c,c++ i want to develope an application for safari browser.

I want to display activex component on mac safari browser as we can see in IE.

Please tell me is this possible ?

and if Possible what wouldbe the approach for this.

    As far as I am aware activex is a windows only plugin.



    as it would be a exe file type that just simply doesn't work on mac

    No. There are plugins for Firefox that enable Active X, but they won't work on a Mac. Stay away from Active X enabled websites.

    Active X is an infection vector for Windows. Active X content is not viewable within MacOS X. Using Active X excludes Mac users.
