Aperture 3 GPS "Places" woes...

Hey everyone,

I was wondering exactly how importing GPS files has been going for everyone. I haven't been able to get it to work right. I've so far been able to get a route on the Aperture "Places" map, but the whole route seems to be stuck at a single time, rather than depicting time series data like I want it to. Is it possible to get it to behave the way I want it to?

Any input would be great. Currently using .CSV files from a Columbus V-900 with their software, "TimeAlbum", to create GPX. These files have to be converted to GPX again by GPSBabel+ in order for the track to work with Aperture; the GPX files created by TimeAlbum causes Aperture to quit. I can also create .NMEA files that Aperture spits back out and quits. I can create .kmz files that work fine with Google Earth.

An alternative would be a good program with which I can use the .CSV, GPX, or NMEA files to tag the RAW files from my camera before importing them into my camera.

Any input welcome!
