macbook charging problems

i have a macbook and a few months ago it stopped charging. i tested the charger on a friends macbook and it worked fine. left it for a week and then it started to work on my laptop again.



the same thing happened a few times, and the charger always worked fine in my friends machine. i then got a replacement battery which was fine for abt 5 weeks and now the same thing is happening again.



any suggestions?
