Mac mini 1.83(2007) Can i upgrade Hard drive maximum?

i have Mac mini 1.83 Ghz Core 2 Duo (August 2007) Original hard drive is 80 GB SATA 5400PRM.
I am visted web apple support mac mini is 160 GB.
Can i upgrade maximum hard drive to 320BG or 500GB?
i am not sure.

You can upgrade to any 9.5mm height 2.5" drive. 1TB 12.5mm drives are rumored to fit but it closes off the air gap needed for cooling so you're better sticking to 9.5mm. The maximum you get so far is 640GB:
