Can finally backup blu-ray movies from 40GB to 6GB without sacrificing visible quality and watch on iPhone/Apple TV etc. I have a whole library of 720p rips. Recently some are as small as 2.5GB. When I watch them on my flat screen I don't notice and difference in quality from the original disc. Especially because you're supposed to be about 4-6 feet back anyway.
External blu-ray drives go for $70 on eBay.
