You're pretty new here (btw, Welcome!) so I think it will be OK, but generally we don't post new threads about the Store being down because some times it goes down just for routine maintenance, especially over weekends.
That, however, is not always the case and the Japan store is also down, so yeah, something might be coming. We can always hope!
