Making a widget from a web page

Can anyone tell me how I can take a snippet of a web page and turn it into a dashboard widget? I remember that it's absurdly easy-- but I can't seem to track down the method. Perhaps I need more coffee this morning? I figured this might be a decent place to ask.

    View > customize toolbar and drag the Open in Dashboard icon to the toolbar. That button allows you to creates a webclip.
