i just translate one paragraph

with the afghani local troups and the USA, six nations participate to the operation : Canada, Australia, Danemark, France, Germany and Norway. Some french mirage 2000-D based on the Kirghizstan in the pattern of the interanational coalition are for the first time involved in the operation, even if it's for only aerian support until now.

If you are interested i can translate more.

    90 soldiers from our two most specialized ground troop divisions are helping out in the direct combat. Taking our population size into account that compares to 5130 of US troops.

    Sounds good. I think some of the anti-US sentiment some Americans are feeling now is being blown out of proportion by the media by stuff certain people in foreign governments are saying.

    The Swiss are joining the UN after all this time? Wow! What's the state of their military?

    I only have a limited knowledge of what is said in the US media but I think the issue is this: Europe agree with the actions in Afghanistan, we made 911 into an article 5 situation, we support with everything from intelligens, support ships up to the lifes of our soldiers. But the actions in Afghanistan is not a role model for the fight against terrorism or in general terms countries or conditions we don´t like. It is two seperate things and should be handled it in accordance to that. That is NOT being anti-US.

    I support our involvement in Afghanistan but at the same time support the foreign minister in France in his critic of the Good vs. Bad and axis of evil view of the world.

    It isn´t an anti-US view but a anti-simplistic and anti-ethnocentric view of the world.

    Look at Joschka Fisher. First he risk the survival of the German government, his party and german soldiers lifes in defending the decision of deploying German troops outside Germany (a no-no since WWII) and then he go against Bush speech. That can´t be labelled as anti-US politics.

    Dubya == George W Bush.

    He is from Texas, and many texans make the sound "dubya" instead of "double-u". It's a nickname, sorry for the confusion.

    It was sarcasm.

    A small satire, if you will, of all the conspiracy theories.

    Ahh... those darn Scandinavians and those french frog-eaters... What are they doing there??? They hate us Americans, don't they...?

    Probably only trying to ruin the operations or steal the glory...
