You guys are probably sick of this question now but....





What are the rumours surrounding the pricing for the iPad in europe, specifically the UK?



I'm getting worried it's going to be absurd.

    Yes, but since the iPad is cheaper than a MacBook, it shouldn´t matter.



    Just remember a iPad requires a computer with iTunes to operate.

    We are now under one month away from international release and still no hint as to pricing, not only for the devices themselves but also for the service plans that will support the 3G.



    There are many customers for whom the iPad is a major purchase and many for whom the difference between the WF and 3G models is large. They could be helped by knowing the price as soon as possible...

    Rule of thumb:



    Convert dollars to sterling.

    Add VAT.

    Add (approx) 10%



    My guess? £429.00
