i dont understand what is meant by iPad users on Windows? as the headline on cnet news read.

as i undertand ipad uses iphone OS and has nothing to do with Windows or Mac OS..........

    iPads that are synced to Windows based machines. As opposed to iPads that are synced to Macs.
