MathMagic equations in Mellel

I'm playing with the trial versions of Mellel 2.7.3 and MathMagic personal edition, for OS X (Intel Mac mini), but I'm yet unable to align properly the equations with the text, in Mellel. Any idea how this is supposed to be done ?
