    I like Star Trek Generations.

Only because I was there as part of it was made. Me and only a couple of people with Shatner.

    1) "All good things..." -- not really a movie, but the best thing spawned from the Start Trek Universe.

    2) "The Wrath of Khan" -- from hell's heart I spit my lst breath at thee...

I'd have to rank them as follows:

    II

    IV

    First Contact

    VI

    Insurrection

    Generations

    III

    I

    V

    And the series:

    TNG

    TOS

    VOY

    DS9

    ENT

And I am anxiously awaiting the new movie, it is number X and as a rule, the even numbered movies are better than the odds (just look the list above) so we'll see. And besides, the Romulans are cool bad guys.

Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home because non-Trekkies can watch and enjoy it too. I have my family and old girlfriends to cite as proof to that.

All the TNG movies have been bad. If the rumors and leaked scripts are true, Star Trek Nemesis will be the worst of them. Damn you Berman!!

    Lets get geeky:

What is the best episodes? Since I don´t believe in Star Trek before or after TNG my favorites are:

    The Inner Light.

First Contact (sans Rikers little rendezvous with the nurse).

All good things... A little rework and this could have been the best TNG movie.

Yeah, Inner Light was pretty good...

And for those who don't know...

The Inner Light is the episode where Picard lives and entire lifetime in minutes after being zapped by a probe...best of all, he gets a Ressican flute as a souvenir!

But I like the cheesy episodes the most...like the one where the Enterprise first encounters the Ferengi...and the energy whips...

Or Skin of Evil with the giant tar monster.

Or Darmok...Darmok and Jalad...at Tanagra! Temarc, the river Temarc! In Winter! Darmok, his arms open! When the walls fell...

Any episode with Barclay rules...like Nth Degree where he becomes a super-human computer genius thing. Or Genesis, where the entire crew starts mutating into lower-lifeforms.

Any series of episodes with lots of ships and space battles too...Like the Best of Both Worlds, Redemption...Both of these series of episodes are also Season Finale/Premiere cliffhangers...most of which war also good.

    As for movies, I'd have to go with 2, 8, 6, 4, 7, 3, 9, 5, 1.

With regard to series...TNG, DS9, Voyager, TOS. I will reserve judgement on Enterprise for a season or two.

    Best movie: First Contact

    Best Series: Voyager/Enterprise

Best Episode: Some of the DS9 battle/war episodes were really good. Also the ones with Garak. Timeless, Equinox I & II, The Pegasus, Yesterday's Enterprise, Endgame, What you Leave Behind. Anything with lots of action and Photon torpedoes

I enjoy Trek, but you guys are beyond my league. Especially you, Eugene.

Yeah, I think I've seen all of those episodes, but I don't remember the titles or the types of flutes involved.

Anyways, I like the Wrath of Khan the best. I like the very slow pace of it. And he's such a better villain than some jerky borgs. Those Borgs are just too predictable. My second favorite is 6, and third is 8. Then 4, 3, 1, 5, 7, 9. I like the spirit of the original series more than TNG. (Though as a package TNG is better)

My picks are First Contact for all around greatness, and ST5: The Final Frontier for sheer chuckles.
