How to move playlists between libraries?

I recently moved my iTunes collection to a new drive, and started fresh with a new library in an attempt to cull some of the "junk" that had accumulated over the years. I have a few playlists that I'd like to move from the old library to the new. I don't need to move the media files, just the song lists. How can this be done?
