Help! - RAM stuck in MBP

I recently replaced the 4GB with 8GB of ram in my 2010 MacBook Pro. However, the system only recognizes 4GB installed. Went back into the computer and now the top memory card is stuck and would not release to come out.

What can I do to fix this problem?

    Technician at the Apple store fixed the problem. Top card was not seated correctly.
