What's really going on in Afghanistan?
Does anyone here really know? With the news blackout it's hard to know what is really going-there are reports of abuse of prisoners by US troops leaking out.For example,according to some reports John Walker Lindh has been beaten and humiliated.Are these stories true or not? Is there anyone here who has fought in the war or know anyone who has fought and returned or anyone who has travelled through Afghanistan,perhaps as a journalist,who can give a first hand account?
